I put 1/2 teaspoon in my 20oz water glass & can't really taste them. Doing the Lion Elimination Diet really narrows down the electrolyte choices. Keto Chow Daily Mineral Drops fits wonderfully.

Without the magnesium drops i couldn't sleep as well asi do. This product is annexing. So helpful. If you can't deal with bad tastes though, this isn't for you. Get the capsules, they work just as well. I at the serving too my night time drink and i don't taste it as badly. It's a miracle worker- no night time cramping and better sleep.

Do I need to have food with my electrolytes?

We do recommend taking the unsweetened and unflavored electrolyte options with a meal, but some people find it is not needed.

How many servings should I have in a day?

Start with one serving, and see how you feel! If you’re especially active, or if it’s particularly hot outside, you’re likely to benefit from an additional serving or two.
