Why change the product?

Love the Keto Chow Daily Minerals! Now you have swapped it with a product named SALTT. The product itself doesn't appear to have changed yet the serving size kind of has. It used to say take 1 Tbsp daily, now 1 tsp 3 x day - so the total daily amount is the same but the directions have changed! No customer notification that our subscription has changed occurred, so other than labeling, has the product changed? Who knows!!

I never realized what my body was missing even though I take supplements. At 71 I was very tired and exhausted all the time. I put a teaspoon in my coffee in the morning and another teaspoon in water in the afternoon. Game changer for me!

Taste is awful even with flavored liquids….

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with our SALTT minerals wasn’t as expected. As pure minerals, they can have a naturally bitter taste. To enhance your experience, we recommend taking 3 tablespoons twice daily or adding a splash of citrus, like lemon, to soften the flavor.

Do I need to have food with my electrolytes?

We do recommend taking the unsweetened and unflavored electrolyte options with a meal, but some people find it is not needed.

How many servings should I have in a day?

Start with one serving, and see how you feel! If you’re especially active, or if it’s particularly hot outside, you’re likely to benefit from an additional serving or two.

Why do I need electrolytes if I’m not an athlete?

Recent research is showing that we need far more electrolytes than we’ve been told. And the benefits of balanced electrolytes are not limited just to extreme sports enthusiasts and marathon runners.
